GRASSFED GHEE BUTTER
Rainbow Farms’ Ghee Butter is made from pasture raised and grass-fed high-quality French milk, and it contains no preservatives and made with all-natural ingredients.
Through the clarification process, water and milk solids are removed leaving creamy rich, golden butter that is lactose and casein free. By removing the milk solids and water, which regular butter usually contains, you are left with ghee, a type of clarified butter.
Because the milk solids are slightly toasted when making ghee, it has more golden color than regular clarified butter, and is a bit deeper in flavor.
