Ingredients for Avocado Smoothie
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 apple
- 3/4 banana
- 1/4 juice of fresh lemon
- 1 small tablespoon of Ghee Butter
- 100ml of yogurt
- 100ml of soy milk
Ingredients for Pineapple Smoothie
- 50g of pineapple
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 8 grains of blueberries
- 1 small tablespoon of fresh lemon
- 1 small tablespoon of ghee butter
- 100ml of yogurt
- 100ml of soy milk
Instructions
1. Chopped all ingredients and mix in a bowl.
2. Add Ghee butter, lemon juice, yogurt and soy milk then put them into a blender.
