🔷 Ingredients:
8 oz Ground beef and ground pork mixed⠀
1 Onion (chopped)⠀
1 Large Egg ⠀
2 tbsp Turmeric powder⠀
1 tbsp Almond Milk⠀
2 pieces Cheddar Cheese⠀
1/4 Red Bell Pepper⠀
Asparagus (boiled)⠀
1 tsp Ghee Butter⠀
½ tsp grated Garlic⠀ ⠀
<A>⠀ Herb salt⠀ Salt⠀ Black pepper⠀ ⠀ 🔷 Instructions: ⠀ 1. Saute ghee butter, grated garlic and onions in a pan until golden brown⠀ 2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef and pork together and add <A> ingredients.⠀ 3. Add the eggs, starch, and Almond milk. Mix well until it forms into a paste like mixture.⠀ 4. Make round shaped burger patties then heat a frying pan and add ghee butter. Fry both sides of the burger. While doing this, steam the red bell pepper and asparagus (toppings).⠀ 5. Put the cheese on top of the burger and serve the red bell pepper and asparagus on top. ⠀
