🔷 Ingredients:⠀ ⠀ 6 oz hot black coffee⠀ 1 tbsp Ghee Butter ⠀ 1 tbsp MCT Oil⠀ 1 cup Ice⠀ 1 tbsp Unsweetened Peanut Butter⠀ 1/2 Banana (Frozen or normal temperature)⠀ Pinch of Cinnamon⠀ Pinch of salt⠀ Protein Shake (optional)⠀ Vanilla Essence (optional)⠀ ⠀
