Ghee | Zucchini Chips


Summer is good for zucchini. Zucchini is well-known to reduce weight, yet boost the nutrient level of your diet and has a high content of vitamin B & C, protein and fiber.

Crunchy Zucchini Chip with Ghee is healthy fun choice to spend your time with your family and friends during hot summer days. 


Ingredients

- Thinly sliced 1 zucchini

- 1 tablespoon Ghee butter 

- Sea salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)

2. Place zucchini in a bowl. Place Ghee butter over zucchini and season with salt.

3. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
