Zucchini and Potato Cold soup by using Ghee butter.
Both zucchini and potatoes contain a lot of potassium which can drain extra sodium outside your body. In addition, zucchini is rich in β carotene and vitamin B, so they can promote metabolism. Potatoes contain vitamin C, dietary fiber and has a pleasant effect on your skin and condition.
Ingredients
- 1/2 peeled Zucchini
- 1/2 Potato
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 small tablespoon of Ghee butter
- 200ml of Water
- 300ml of Soy milk
- 4 g of bullion
- Salt and Black pepper
Instructions
1. Melt ghee butter in a frying pan and stir sliced zucchini, potato and onions. After 5 min, put veggies, water, and bullion in a blander then mix it very well.
2. After everything blended, stew in a pan with soy milk, salt and black pepper. Cool the soup in a refrigerator. When it cools down the soup is ready to serve.
