Extracted from buckwheat blossoms, Massey Honey Co's buckwheat honey has a unique earthy flavor. Less sweet and dark in color. It is best used in baking and also used in dark beers and hearty sauces. All natural, raw, unheated and unfiltered.
 
Please store at room temperature. If crystallization/granulation is observed, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water for twenty minutes to re-liquefy.
