Eucalyptus Raw Honey
A rich and smooth honey with a woody, caramel taste, Massey Honey Co's eucalyptus honey is extracted from blue gum eucalyptus trees. The trees provide a wonderful floral source for the bees during the winter months. Eucalyptus honey has many therapeutic and health benefits and has a darker, golden color and sweet flavor. Hints of menthol can be tasted.  Best used as a sweetener for teas, drinks, and cocktails.
 
Buckwheat Raw Honey
Extracted from buckwheat blossoms, Massey Honey Co's buckwheat honey has a unique earthy flavor. Less sweet and dark in color. It is best used in baking and also used in dark beers and hearty sauces.
